We configure your Microsoft 365 tenant, domain, mail flow, user accounts, licences and baseline settings around the requirements agreed with you.
You receive a clean business environment, a written configuration summary and practical guidance for the person who will manage it day to day.
Setup is included at no additional service fee when the Microsoft 365 Business licence or subscription being configured was purchased through CDKeySell and remains active. Setup for licences or subscriptions obtained elsewhere is quoted separately.

Administrative roles arranged to reduce unnecessary access and support practical day-to-day management.
Baseline settings
Available identity, sharing and security settings configured according to the selected plans and requirements.
Collaboration structure
Initial mailboxes, groups, SharePoint and—where included—Teams structure prepared for the agreed use.
Scope boundary: Mail-flow activation is part of Setup. Moving existing email, files or user data is a separate Migration engagement.

- Setup is included at no additional service fee when the Microsoft 365 Business licence or subscription being configured was purchased through CDKeySell and remains active.
- There is no separate deadline from the purchase date for requesting the initial setup; it may be requested while the applicable licence or subscription purchased through CDKeySell remains active.
- Setup for licences or subscriptions obtained elsewhere is quoted separately.
What happens after handover?
- If the delivered configuration does not match the approved requirements because of CDKeySell’s implementation, it is corrected without an additional service fee.
- One customer-requested adjustment within the originally approved scope is included without an additional service fee when requested within 14 calendar days after handover.
- New requirements or changes outside the originally approved scope may be chargeable and require a separate quote.
- Licence and subscription charges, Microsoft billing, third-party products or services, vendor limitations and features unavailable under the selected plan remain excluded.
