Basic · Standard · ProEnd-user remote assistance; Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive administration according to the selected plan and eligible licences; mail-flow, spam and domain troubleshooting; and security baseline review with monthly service reporting where the plan includes it.
Standard · ProWhere included by the selected plan and supported by eligible Microsoft or third-party licences and services: Conditional Access, Intune and Defender oversight, device-policy administration, and backup monitoring with restore coordination.
Pro onlyCore administration is included in Basic, Standard and Pro. Expanded administration is included in Standard and Pro. Advanced oversight is included in Pro only, and only where the required Microsoft or third-party licences and services support the capability.
