What does Google Workspace Setup include?
We configure your Google Workspace environment around your domain, users, selected edition and agreed working structure, including Gmail, groups, Drive and baseline administrative settings.
You receive a clean starting environment, a written configuration summary and practical guidance for the person who will manage Google Workspace day to day.
Setup is included at no additional service fee when the Google Workspace subscription being configured was purchased through CDKeySell and remains active. Setup for subscriptions obtained elsewhere is quoted separately.

The final configuration follows the approved requirements and the capabilities available in the selected Google Workspace edition.
Gmail & mail authentication
Configure mail routing and the agreed DNS and authentication records needed for business email.
Users, groups & structure
Create approved users and groups and organise the initial administrative structure for the business.
Google Admin access
Arrange administrative roles and recovery access to support practical day-to-day management.
Drive & Shared Drives
Prepare the agreed initial Drive and Shared Drives structure, sharing model and access boundaries.
Baseline security & collaboration
Configure available sign-in, sharing and collaboration settings according to the selected edition and agreed requirements.
Scope boundary: Mail activation is part of Setup. Moving existing email, calendars, contacts, files or other business data is a separate Migration engagement.

The environment is handed over with a practical written record so your administrator knows what was configured, where key records are held and how access is managed.

Commercial terms and adjustment policy

COMMERCIAL BOUNDARY
Included setup, with a defined adjustment window
- Setup is included at no additional service fee when the Google Workspace subscription being configured was purchased through CDKeySell and remains active.
- There is no separate deadline from the purchase date for requesting the initial setup while that applicable subscription remains active.
- Setup for subscriptions obtained elsewhere is quoted separately.
What happens after handover?
- If the delivered configuration does not match the approved requirements because of CDKeySell’s implementation, it is corrected without an additional service fee.
- One customer-requested adjustment within the originally approved scope is included without an additional service fee when requested within 14 calendar days after handover.
- New requirements or changes outside the originally approved scope may be chargeable and require a separate quote.
- Google subscription charges, third-party services, vendor limitations and capabilities unavailable in the selected edition remain excluded.
